Dear Tori (Juno) ,

What Juno did was extremely brave! Having a healthy baby boy grow inside of her stomach for 40 weeks, feeling him kick and watching him grow, it must have been a little hard but what she did was right! When she had her child, she was so young and still had a lot to do and finish high school. Making a decision like this at such a young age is fantastic and shows how smart she is. I am really glad that she did not get an adoptions. He deserves to live with a family whom will love him unconditionally and be able to provide for him. Juno brought that other family happiness!

Roe v. Wade was issued in 1973 and it changed a majority women’s lives. It gave them the right to decide for themselves on what is the best for their bodies and their situation. They were able to get an abortion without having to hide it and being afraid to be caught. Before Roe v. Wade, many women had gotten unsanitary and unsafe abortions. They would go into dark back alleys and end up inside of the hospital. Others would get abortions in their own home with metal coat hangers and the abortion would fail and lead to death. Many deaths occurred because women had no rights on deciding whether abortion was an option for them or not.

I personally believe that abortions should be illegal. If someone to get rapped or risk there or the baby's life than they can get an abortion but that is the only way. When a women goes on birth control, they do not say ‘ Hey, if you take this pill or injection there is a 110% you will never have a baby! ‘. The only way that will happen is if you just do not have sex at all. Even with condoms they are not gonna work 110%. Honestly if you have a kid because you wanted to have sex… DEAL WITH IT. You have an amazing child growing inside of you. If you are stressing about keeping it then do what Juno did and give it up for an adoption and find your child a happy home.
